- While we aim to provide accurate time slots, delays may occur due to traffic, building regulations, or other external factors
3. Booking Fee
- A booking confirmation fee may be required to secure your appointment
- This fee will be deducted from the total service cost
- The booking fee is used to reserve your time slot and technician availability
4. Payment Terms
- Service pricing depends on the AC unit type, BTU, and service scope
- The remaining balance must be paid after deducting the booking fee
- Payments are typically made via QR transfer
- Technicians may not accept cash payments
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Any cancellation or rescheduling must be requested in advance
- Last-minute cancellations or changes may result in additional charges
- Rescheduling may be required due to building restrictions (e.g., restricted service days) or other external factors
6. Scope of Service and Responsibility
- Final diagnosis and technical decisions are made on-site
- In some cases, final pricing can only be confirmed after on-site inspection
- Service outcomes may vary depending on the condition of the AC unit and existing issues
7. Additional Charges

- A 90-day warranty may be provided for replaced spare parts

- Bangkok AC Cleaning is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing conditions, equipment faults, or factors beyond our control
- We do not guarantee that all technical issues will be fully resolved through cleaning services
- Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law
